Production Coordinator
Description
- This role will support three EE executives (Original Content, Development & Production, and Content Partnerships)
- Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls/messages and interfacing with internal and external partners
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Book and manage travel
- Submit, track, and maintain expense reports
- Track and submit vendor invoices
- Manage event staffing and credential needs for EE department and freelance hires
- Support executives on site at Tentpoles as needed
- Assist recording Zoom shoots
- Take notes on calls as requested
Requirements
- Some travel could be needed
- Familiarity with production, entertainment, and/or events
- Friendly and professional demeanor– you are the face of the executives of EE to the outside world
- Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
- Team oriented spirit – you will be interfacing with many other offices and will need to collaborate with them to make meetings and projects move forward
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
- Respect for others and a strong belief that others should do this in return
- Ability to perform work and resolve straightforward problems within established procedures with moderate supervision
- Understanding of when to seek guidance for unforeseen problems
- Close attention to detail, following up until issues are resolved
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
