Bright Antenna Records is hiring an experienced Product Manager to join our indie label team.
We are a tight knit team and have global partnerships with Sony/Orchard, AWAL Distribution, and Island/Universal. We are looking for a natural marketer willing to make contacts and create meaningful opportunities for our artists.

This is a full time, in-person job. Must live in the SF Bay Area or be willing to relocate, and be able to come into our office in Mill Valley, across the Golden Gate Bridge from San Francisco.
➤ Marketing
• Develop and execute marketing strategy for artists’ music and music-related products across the Bright Antenna roster. These include but are not limited to: single / EP /albums, music videos and video content, merchandise and direct-to-consumer business.
• Working together with the team, develop marketing plans and social media campaigns to ensure successful releases.
• Coordinate interviews, photoshoots, and video shoots in line with artists’ identity and vision, and the marketing release strategy.
• Monitor press coverage and track the success of marketing campaigns against sales.
• Understand and analyze the constant flow of streaming, sales, radio and social data and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Create alternative cost-efficient promotions and advertising for retail and to the consumer.
➤ Release support
• Plan the launch of artist albums and singles, both physical and digital.
• Help guide and execute artist branding, creative materials, and original content specific to each campaign.
• Create and maintain release timelines, working within budgets and other marketing or resource plans.
• Utilize data from digital service providers (DSP), social media activity, and artists’ sales to recognize trends and produce insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
• Using industry knowledge, identify opportunities such as industry award submissions or applying for funding to maximize the impact of the release.
• Make suggestions for commissioning innovative technology to support releases to maximize artist exposure (including new apps, sites, and immersive experiences).
➤ Artist / Label intermediary
• Regularly interface with artists and management on all aspects of commercial release plan and marketing strategy to ensure the success of the project.
• Proactively communicate goals and project analysis with the rest of the company, artists, and artist management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with designated labels / artists.
• Work with digital marketing and sales staff to maximize marketing efforts where possible.
• Assist managers in fulfilling their day-to-day client services across multiple clients.
➤ Additional duties will include:
• General support for Senior Product Manager.
• Assist managers in building digital marketing strategies for clients (across social, paid, email, etc.).
• Brainstorm and manage online promotions including contests, giveaways, and pre-saves.
• Manage asset creation, build, and edits of online properties for artists (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Tumblr, TikTok, official website and other sites appropriate to artists).
• Conduct competitive market research to help keep the team aware of new trends within music marketing.
• Assist with coordinating company events such as listening parties, press conferences, and media tours.
