Product Designer (m/f/x)
Description
- Understand customer goals and problems, and translate them into clear objectives for the Lawo team to solve.
- Conceive and design products, workflows, and interfaces, ensuring customer objectives are represented in the development process.
- Document and communicate your designs to R&D, working with them to ensure that what we deliver meets expectations.
- Expand and document our design system, LUX, making it more self-sufficient and more easily adopted across the organisation.
Requirements
- You already have an understanding of audio and video production workflows and the underlying technical concepts.
- You know Figma inside out and have experience using it to create and maintain design systems.
- You have some development experience, or an understanding of basic development principles. We don't expect you to be a developer, but being able to communicate clearly with developers in their own language is helpful.
