Producer - Brand Creative Team
Description
- Manage global campaigns and projects from start to finish, including project planning, resource management, budget management, etc.
- Ensure all deliverables produced by the creative team and external vendors are of the highest quality and meet project objectives.
- Coordinate between project-team and other internal stakeholders to solve problems, set expectations, and manage risks.
- Lead project-status meetings and cross-pollinate omnichannel teams to ensure production alignment and meet stated objectives.
- Lead and support the creative team to identify and deliver the best creative solutions that comply with the pre-existing schedule and budget.
- Work with operations to clarify strategic requirements and manage expectations.
Requirements
- Strong project management skills and experience developing and managing project scope, timelines, and budgets
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills in English. Are comfortable with presentations and close collaboration with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Drive and will to take on tasks of leading large-scale projects and stand at the forefront of its success.
- Excellent problem solving, prioritization, and negotiation skills.
- 3-5 years’ experience as a producer or project manager across multi-disciplinary campaigns and well-versed in at least 2 of the following areas: digital, film and/or print.
- Experience and strength in resource management and productivity tools.
