Partner Technology Manager, YouTube Music
Description
- Manage the technical relationship with many of our premium partners and work closely with the Business Development team to make sure these partners are successful on YouTube.
- Identify, drive, and optimize the business growth flow from new and existing business opportunities by leveraging YouTube technologies.
- Perform implementation reviews, promote new product features and new internal tools, and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges.
- Improve product feature offerings by providing partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams including Product Management and Engineering.
- Apply technical and project management skills to make sense of data while increasing YouTube’s value to music creators all over the globe.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience with client-facing strategies or solutions, recognizing business needs, and collaborating and facilitating opportunities.
- Experience with a programming language (e.g., Java, C/C++, or Python.)
- Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with digital music.
- Experience with project management.
- Experience with written and verbal business communication.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a customer-facing or partner-facing role.
