Description

As our Partner Marketing Lead, you will develop and scale a B2B marketing strategy focused on creating world-class marketing campaigns, events and resources to help both generate new and deepen existing relationships with promoters, festivals, venues and ticketing companies worldwide. You will play a pivotal role in the positioning development of the company within the live events industry, ensuring our place as a thought leader through creative campaigns touching PR, events, social media, content, digital marketing, product marketing and CRM.
Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), Head of Digital, Head of Brand & Content & Country Leads to devise a B2B marketing program across 10 countries, including the Netherlands, Belgium, UK, France, Germany, Sweden, Spain, Italy & Brazil;
  • Collaborate with some of the world's leading live events brands to create innovative multi-channel marketing campaigns to fulfill both TicketSwap and the client's objectives;
  • Generate market insights to identify opportunities within the marketing mix for lead generation and partner acquisition vs our competitors;
  • Build a creative, organized and data-driven team that can deliver end-to-end on projects within their local markets, including setting and reviewing KPIs to drive performance;
  • Identify innovative ways to activate potential prospects both offline and online, including conferences & exhibitions, Ticketswap’s own events, digital content, case studies, whitepapers, reports, newsletters, product launches and data-driven press activations;
  • Manage and update the annual marketing calendar, ensuring maximum coverage to each local market across all channels;
  • Collaborate with the content team to create a dynamic distribution funnel of content which can be used for lead generation and partner retention, focusing on channels such as the blog, social media, influencer marketing and PR;
  • Reimagine and ideate the live music industry’s approach to B2B events, including launching our own brand of events for current and prospective clients;
  • Create relationships and leverage the company's PR agencies to maintain close relationships with key b2b media outlets across music, tech, start-up and ticketing media outlets;
  • Ensure TicketSwap's core propositions are communicated across all markets consistently;
  • Plan, manage and evaluate the marketing budget, including spend & ROI across all local markets;
  • Set up a reporting structure for all b2b marketing activity to all internal stakeholders.

Requirements

You’re a data-driven, creative and out-of-the-box thinker, who thrives on building teams, processes and campaigns. You’re comfortable leading a diverse team of outspoken personalities who are all about teamwork, collaboration and encouragement, but are also comfortable getting your hands dirty in any aspect of the marketing mix to demonstrate your technical ability. You’re an imaginative thinker and thought leader, who enjoys finding solutions to complex challenges, both for new and existing markets. Away from the office, you’ve got a passion for live events, whether it’s sports, music, theater, comedy or festivals, and you’re constantly looking for ways to further the live music industry.
  • Minimum 5 years work experiences devising and managing B2B marketing campaigns end-to-end as either an Account Director or Marketing Manager/Director;
  • Knowledge of how to create budgeting processes and tracking is required;
  • Deep knowledge of different cultural landscapes and how to effectively market to local audiences, respecting regional cultural differences;
  • An impressive, rich network of key live music industry personnel globally;
  • An advertising agency background is desired, but not essential;
  • Able to evidence managing multiple projects in an organized and efficient manner;
  • Fluency in English and at least one other language is preferred, notably French, Dutch or Spanish;
  • Previous experience of work in either the entertainment, sports, fashion or technology space is highly desired;
  • An affinity with either live music or sports events is a welcome bonus.
