Responsibilities
  • Develop the infrastructure of our partner-facing team, building tools and systems to support our partners. Provide training, documentation, and technical expertise to accelerate their development and integration.
  • Design, develop, and maintain the tools and systems required by our business and technical partner-facing teams to support our partners. Identify, drive, and optimize the flow from business opportunities by leveraging YouTube technologies through prototyping and innovation.
  • Perform implementation reviews, drive new product features and internal tools, and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges.
  • Improve product feature offerings by providing partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Engineering.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in their respective process lifecycle to provide technical guidance, or identify possible existing or new technical solution offerings to help shape the outcomes with some guidance.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
  • Experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in Internet products and technologies in either software engineering, product management, engineering program management, technical account management, sales engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of the Music Industry.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $94,500-$139,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
