Operational Inventory Analyst
Description
- Collaborate with analytics team to identify operational needs and opportunities
- Build acquisition strategies to support the analytics team
- Identify new inventory acquisition opportunities
- Develop and maintain inventory management policies and procedures
- Conduct regular inventory analysis and reporting to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop inventory strategies that support business goals and objectives
- Optimize inventory performance by identifying and implementing process improvements
- Perform regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of the tickets
- Create and maintain inventory-related metrics and KPIs to track inventory performance
- Support the implementation of new inventory management systems or processes
- Manage inventory-related projects as needed
Requirements
- A strong interest in US sports
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in inventory management or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Excel or Excel like applications (ex. Google sheets)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines
