Position Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday (Sundays + Mondays off)

You accomplish this by being the on-stage eyes, ears and heart that keeps the quality high and the show running on time . Lastly, you help Songfinch continue to develop and deepen our understanding of how the artist community comes together to help people all over the world experience unforgettable moments of personalized music.
As part of the Artist Services team, you’ll join forces with our Director of Artist Services, Artist Development, Artist Community and Integration teams, as well as fellow Music Supervision team members. The Music Supervision team exists to manage the flow of song opportunities from customers to artists, from acceptance to delivery. Additionally, you will work cross-functionally across all departments to help other teams identify opportunities, enhance outcomes, and communicate in ways that make people feel special - Including Artist Integration and Artist Community.
While delivering against Songfinch’s business objectives, you’re invested in understanding the impact your work has on our artists and our audiences. Collaboration fuels your process, and you’ll spark as much inspiration as you draw from other team players.
Responsibilities:
- Like a hawk: Keep a keen eye on song fulfillment queues by reviewing, approving and managing song orders in a way that creates cross-platform harmony for customers, creators and staff.
- Trust-Fall Champion of the Year. Build and maintain trusting, reliable relationships with our artist community and fellow team members.
- Put me in coach. Help guide artists on how succeed at completing orders. Brownie points when you do it at scale (multiple people at a time).
- Feed the flock. Make it a point to help any artists you’re assigned to stay as busy as they want to be, with a minimum of 2-5 orders per artist per week.
- Plug everything together. Process incoming orders by listening to songs, verifying lyrics, ensuring accuracy, and delivering to customers
- Resolve the chord. Alert to and help and correct issues with artists who are struggling.
- Replenish the well. Frequently contribute content, new ideas & pathways for growth that help our team and our artists increase the quality of our offerings.
- Collaborate up and down and side to side. Look for the opportunities and benefits of building on other people’s expertise, especially when working with other teams. We don’t have room for big egos or entitlement.
- Be accountable. Not only by executing the responsibilities above, but also by asking for help when you need it.
- Represent our company values. At every step of the way, exemplify as many of the company values as possible in your daily actions, both externally and internally.
Requirements
- Previous music industry/musical background a must
- Proven ability to solve problems and respond to different types of personalities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self starter but can also thrive when working within a team
- Ability to excel in fast-paced environment, multitasking while managing time well
- Familiar with Google Drive, Gmail and CRM concepts
- Strong passion for music
