About The Team
SoundOn is an all-in-one platform powered by TikTok, designed to better service music creators through each step of their career — from TikTok integrated promotion tools to global music distribution, from diverse monetization opportunities to smart music creation. SoundOn exists to give every music creator & label the power to authentically connect with new audiences and "do music" their way.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct user and client surveys, and market research, so as to identify product opportunities and business growth opportunities. Contribute to the teams' work efficiency and the overall business growth.
  • Distill feedback and insights and form product development ideas. Justify the idea together with Product Managers team and support the R&D of the product ideas.
  • Promote the product among its target users, monitor and analyse the usage, so as to improve the adoption rate and keep iterating user experience.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3+ year of experience as a Product Manager, Business Intelligence or Product Operation.
  • Passionate about Music.
  • Full proficiency in English, both verbal & written.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Work experience in music or other content platform business preferred.
  • Have good communication and coordination skills, be able to promote cross-team collaboration
