Music Events Intern

RESPONSIBILITIES
What are your strengths? All the responsibilities we entrust to you:
BEFORE THE (VIRTUAL) EVENT
You make a clear schedule for events and ensure that this schedule is adhered to, you process sponsor applications, you contribute to making the right deals and you coordinate the flow of event materials. In addition, you work as a full team member in activations and productions within the On Premise team.
DURING THE (VIRTUAL) EVENT
You are responsible for monitoring the performance of Red Bull activities at music events. There you are the point of contact for suppliers and the organization and you ensure that Red Bull is more than representative on location.
AFTER THE EVENT
You make evaluations after the event and you also pay attention to practical points for improvement. You communicate directly and correctly with suppliers and festival organizers.
ALWAYS
You are always an ambassador of Red Bull and you are visibly proud of what you do!
TEAMWORK
You are the linchpin in a team of Musketeers (region managers) where you support and provide them with information and you work directly under the On Premise Event Manager.
RESEARCH
An investigation can possibly be linked to the internship. But given the amount of work, this will mainly take up a lot of your free time. An interesting question can be formulated in consultation with your manager.

- What is most important for this job:
- You are available 5 days a week from August 1, 2021 to January 31, 2022
- You are flexible, especially on weekends
- You have a valid driver's license
- You are enthusiastic and driven ('Work hard, play hard')
- You can keep a good overview by working structurally and administratively
- You have an affinity with and knowledge of music events and the Red Bull brand
- You are representative, communicative and a bit stubborn
- 3rd or 4th year, HBO or WO level in a relevant field of study
- Fluent spoken and written in Dutch and English
