Marketing Manager
Description
- Plan, execute and optimize content marketing initiatives in collaboration with external media agencies and creative partners
- Manage day to day content marketing support including campaign launches and sustaining efforts
- Coordinate marketing efforts with cross-functional teams such as brand, media, creator and legal to ensure our programs successfully go to market
- Assist in developing the marketing strategy ensuring all activity is linked directly to content and brand goals
- Coordinate and collaborate on campaign retrospectives working closely with the Spotify analytics and insights teams to uncover insights to inform future initiatives and help demonstrate the return on investment
- Identify opportunities to develop and refine marketing processes streamlining communication with cross functional stakeholders.
- Partner with the content insights team to prepare a regular cadence of brand trackers and analysis to disseminate feedback with key stakeholders
- Develop an eye for creative concepting and presenting creative direction for marketing assets
- Staying current with the latest industry trends and news including media, marketing, and streaming innovations and proactively share opportunities with the team
Requirements
- You have a 4+ years experience in a content marketing business
- Experience working within entertainment strongly preferred
- Understanding of paid and owned media channels via experience running marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of the dynamics, needs and demands of a content-driven business
- An analytical eye, be able to identify trends in data and turn them into relevant insights
- You are creative, curious and unafraid to test & learn, trying out new campaign ideas
- You are an excellent communicator, and able to represent the Studios Marketing team and its mission to a broad range of partners
- You are adaptable and cope well with constantly evolving context
