Marketing Manager
Description
- Report into the Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives, to build and execute marketing initiatives that drive strategic value for Merlin, our members, and help to attract new members and partners.
- Develop unique and fun solutions to amplify Merlin members and their releases across a variety of marketing channels (both digital and IRL).
- Help define Merlin’s marketing objectives and goals.
- Help develop and own Merlin’s visual and written brand guidelines to ensure uniformity across all public and member-facing channels.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in marketing and marketing project management.
- Experience managing social media platforms.
- Experience managing digital ad campaigns.
- Comfortable building and managing relationships with third-party vendors.
- Detail-oriented and able to use problem-solving abilities to meet objectives and find solutions.
- Excellent communicator and capable of working with a high degree of autonomy.
- Graphic design experience.
- Copywriting experience.
- Experience in business analytics (Excel, Tableau, etc.).
- Experience interfacing with executives.
