Description

The Dotted Music Marketing Agency is looking for a new marketing manager to join its global team. Dotted Music works with artists, music tech companies, labels and more while navigating the latest trends and developments in digital marketing and social media.
Responsibilities:
The Marketing Manager will be involved in sales, replying to artist enquiries about services the agency can provide. Once a campaign starts, the Manager will lead the campaign, communicating with the artist on the different aspects of the campaign, helping with the artist’s releases and social media posts, and acting as liaison with other members of the Dotted Music team such as the ad manager or community manager. The Manager will come up with creative marketing ideas for the Artists they work with and help develop release strategies with the Artist and the rest of the Dotted Music team.

Requirements

What we’re looking for:
  • 1-5+ years experience working in music, with knowledge of artist development and digital marketing/distribution and/or,
  • 1-5+ years experience working in digital marketing with copywriting experience,
  • Excellent proficiency in English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of new social media practices (knowledge of marketing funnels a plus)
  • Attention to detail
  • Love for music is essential.

Benefits & Perks

Work is entirely remote with flexible hours. This is a part time position (10-15 hours a week at first) with the possibility of expanding to full time within 2-4 months.
