The Role
We’re seeking a highly-motivated Marketing Manager to join the Brand & Editorial marketing team and support the development, execution and measurement of our full-funnel consumer marketing campaigns.
In this role, you’ll support the design and management of our consumer marketing program with full-funnel campaign development for the Bloomberg.com brand and key editorial franchises. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our editorial, product, creative, lifecycle, and paid media teams as well as relevant external agencies to launch high-impact campaigns that hit our objectives.

We’ll Trust You To
  • Develop the full year brand strategy and oversee the consumer marketing calendar
  • Manage the delivery of top of funnel and upper mid funnel campaigns from planning and briefing through to execution and reporting
  • Coordinate with the newsroom, our digital product team, and other partners across the business to make sure we’re bringing the best of our product to the right audiences
  • Provide thoughtful recommendations to improve integrated campaign performance using data and feedback
  • Work closely with in-house and agency creative teams to ensure on-brief, on-schedule delivery of campaign assets
  • Act as a liaison between marketing and creative teams to help prioritize work and ensure appropriate resourcing
  • Collaborate with marketing channel owners and our customer insights team to make sure that our campaigns are as effective as possible in channels, and are delivered efficiently
  • Build close relationships with key stakeholders across Bloomberg, especially with newsroom, audience and research & insights teams to make sure we’re bringing the best of our product to audiences
  • Advocate for creative excellence and brand consistency across all campaigns

Requirements

You’ll Need To Have
  • 5+ years experience in marketing, either in-house or in an agency - experience working with digital subscriptions a bonus, but not required
  • Experience working in media or journalism strongly encouraged
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns for different objectives from upper to lower funnel, and for a variety of products
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to bring people from across the organization together
  • Adaptability and ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced news environment
  • Strong project management skills and organization - experience working with Asana or other project management skills is a plus
  • Synthesization skills; ability to find insights within reporting and clearly communicate key findings to stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A love for the news and keeping up with media trends

Benefits & Perks

Salary Range = 100000 - 135000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
