Marketing Coordinator
Description
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and clients to provide required local marketing support for marketing in contract or paid marketing (newsletter, spotlights and organic social)
- Handle client campaigns from booking, ensuring materials, set up, reporting to invoicing
- Take part in client meetings, regular client dialogue around marketing campaigns and branding related topics
- Responsible for creating newsletter, updating Ticketmaster website, and posting organic social posts
- Ensuring Salesforce is always up to date with the latest campaign and campaign materials (newsletters, spotlights and organic socials)
- Support Nordic Expert Area Leads in the region with localisations and implementation of marketing campaigns, CRM automations and translations of local analysis
- And other tasks that come under the wider Nordic and local marketing organisation
Requirements
- 2+ years of Digital Marketing experience
- Experience with content creation and posting for digital channels (Facebook, Instagram, web, newsletters etc)
- Experience in working with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
- Basic knowledge with Adobe programs
- Basic knowledge with video editing is a plus
- Experience with Google Analytics and reporting on marketing campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics, or related field
- Fluent in the local language and English (both written and spoken)
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated individual
- Confident with strong communication both written and verbal
- A creative eye with strong writing skills
- Eager to learn and comfortable with taking initiative
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoy working as part of a team and understand the importance of teamwork
- Innate willingness to roll up your sleeves
- Affinity for the music, sports, culture and live entertainment industry
