Heard Presents is Austin’s source for independent music. We have been producing and promoting concerts for over a decade and we also own and operate two premier venues in downtown Austin, TX; Empire Control Room & Garage and The Parish. In 2021 we are relaunching our spaces, expanding our offering of services and growing our business; not just within our internal structure, but even further into our community. We are excited to invite everyone to experience the ways we are working to connect all of the people in our developing city to art, culture, education and to one another.
What you will do: This position is responsible for all aspects of social media and ticket management. You are responsible for overseeing our digital ads, social media growth, ticket platform, ticket creation, and customer service. You will create monthly reports and keep up to date with trends, needs, and utilize our data in an efficient manner.


A highly-disciplined and extremely detail oriented individual who can multitask on tight and fast-paced timelines. Has the knowledge and skills necessary to manage a team, events, and expectations. Has experience in customer service and can resolve questions and issues quickly. Understanding of the live event space, memberships, ticketing tiering, street teams and account balancing. You have a excellent grasp of the music industry and know the subtle differences between sub genres and can easily identify them with examples.
