Key Responsibilities.
Repertoire, Product, and Content Management.
  • Develop and implement strategies for catalogue products, including digital, physical, and streaming concepts.
  • Conduct repertoire research and curate content.
  • Optimise digital consumption with the Streaming and Insights teams.
  • Oversee content creation, packaging, and artwork, ensuring high-quality standards.
  • Manage project budgets, P&Ls, and commercial viability.
  • Secure necessary approvals and clearances with rightsholders and internal teams.
  • Coordinate the creative process from design to production.
** Campaign Management.**
  • Lead campaign strategies for assigned artists and releases.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Content Creation, Synch, and local teams to launch global promotional campaigns.
  • Work with external media to ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Develop innovative ideas to increase audience reach and catalogue consumption.
  • Focus on marketing and sales in emerging markets using data analytics.
  • Propose and manage ideas for increasing catalogue consumption e.g. superfan services and collectible product bundles.
Business Management
  • Utilise data to manage and analyze global trends and performance.
  • Monitor marketing and licensing costs.
  • Track and report on campaign performance and targets.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and financial obligations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Contribute to new catalogue acquisitions.

Requirements

** Your Profile.**
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about popular music across multiple genres.
  • Previous music industry experience (record label, artist management, marketing).
  • Able to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiar with both digital and physical product management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Discreet with high-profile projects and assets.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Dropbox, streaming platforms, and internet usage.

  • Practical experience with social media platforms like TikTok, Meta, and YouTube.
