Manager, Influencer Partnerships - Branded Entertainment
Description
- Lead day-to-day operations of the advertiser-driven influencer marketing line of business at SXM Media
- Partner with national Sales Development team to develop social influencer marketing campaigns that elevate & amplify current advertising partnerships (i.e. music stations, podcasts, concerts)
- Serve as SXM Media’s central liaison with third-party social media agency, influencer talent and internal teams
- Develop sponsorship packaging, pricing, and sales materials for influencer-based programs
- Consult on program pitches & execution, providing recommendations on creative concepts & copy points
- Attend and present at internal meetings and external client meetings as needed
- Keep track of program development and communicate to all stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle (pre-sale, execution, launch, and post-campaign reporting)
- Help troubleshoot conflicts via problem solving and creative solutions
- Commit to producing the highest standard of work for client and internal projects
- Support Branded Entertainment team on other lines of business developing branded content (i.e. custom podcast solutions, sponsored content, and event sponsorships) as needed
Requirements
- BA degree
- 4+ years relevant experience at social influencer agency or working with influencers at a Brand, and/or Publisher

- Socially savvy with a deep understanding of influencer marketing and the ever-evolving social platforms
- Experienced in Brand Partnerships and/or Sales/Marketing
- Proactive with an entrepreneurial spirit, driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
- A creative who is able to apply both critical and strategic thinking to client programs
- A problem solver with highly developed conflict resolution skills
- Confident and credible with senior executives (including client contacts and internal leadership)
- An articulate professional with excellent oral & written communication skills, along with design prowess
- Collaborative with the ability to build strong relationships with external and internal partners
- Organized & detail-oriented with ability to thrive in the nuance/ambiguity
- Able to work well under pressure and adapt in the face of ever-changing projects
- Passionate about social media, music, podcasts, and pop culture!
- Social Media Marketing (including organic & paid)
