Manager, Group Strategy, Syndication & Secondary Promotion
Description
- Cultivating & maintaining relationships with radio syndicators on behalf of our artists and BBR Music Group.
- Engaging & collaborating with national radio chains maximize exposure for our artists.
- Maintaining professional relationships with artists & their management teams.
- Collaborating with and acting as an extension to each individual promotion imprint team.
- Planning & executing artist content days for #1 Pushes and Project Launches, including artists satellite radio tours, on behalf of the entire BBRMG roster.
- Managing content requests, distribution & archives.
- Updating & maintaining BBRMG’s promo site.
- Spearheading chain initiatives, contesting, & special promotions.
- Attending events, concerts, & showcases to provide fun and memorable hospitality to partners, traveling as needed.
- Assisting in the planning & execution of BBRMG industry events.
- Implementing processes & procedures to improve projecting and team communication.
- Reporting Weekend Syndication for all imprints.
- Maintaining Master Syndication and the Chain lists, including updating station weights and mailing addresses.
- Maintaining accuracy of syndicated shows & their affiliates/dayparts while also researching new syndication start-ups.
- Attending & participating in all artists’ planning meetings label wide.
Requirements
- You are interested in music and entertainment.
- You are familiar with digital audio file formats.
- You are comfortable working in a team and are a self-starter.
- You have time management skills and exceptional attention to detail that allow you to track and follow through on multiple concurrent projects to completion while meeting deadlines.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
