Manager, Digital Planning and Strategy
Description
- Partner with National and Local Sales to respond to RFP Requests for larger, strategic partnerships
- Participate in initial kick-off call and strategize with Seller and Marketing
- Create cohesive and comprehensive media plan(s), looping in any necessary departments
- Provide Seller with any additional materials such as audience descriptions or specs
- Collect all digital assets from agency/client
- Confirm launch, and send screenshots within 48 hours of launch
- Monitor campaign throughout flight and work with necessary teams to implement any optimizations needed in order to deliver in full
- Communicate any necessary optimizations to client
- Manage any plan revisions, IO revisions, and creative swaps
- Send Delivery Reports to client as frequently as determined
- Attend client meetings with Sellers
- Meet with Planners to discuss status of all live campaigns, with an emphasis on optimizing and upselling
- Send out updates to Management on all live campaigns
- Send top line revenue information to Management
- Work on ad hoc projects with direction from Manager
- Develop formalized training process for new hires in conjunction with Management
- Oversee new hire onboarding and training
- Help manage the rollout of new processes
- Schedule training sessions around new processes for necessary teams
- Manage any international asks
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience at an agency or publisher
- A hard-working, go-getter attitude
- The ability to prioritize and properly delegate
- An attention to detail
- A love for live events
- COVID-19 vaccination will be required for this position subject to legally valid exemptions.
