Manager, Digital Marketing (BBR)
Description
- Leading the creation of digital marketing campaigns and strategy, including social media strategy, influencer campaigns and digital activations.
- Developing digital advertising strategy on various platforms, including: Facebook Business Manager, TikTok, Snapchat and Google Ads.
- Managing and leading any third-party partner relationships for social media, content and creative.
- Providing reporting and analysis on campaign progress, highlighting areas of success or for development to marketing team and product owners.
- Being prepared, organized and active for store turns and product launches.
- Forming strong relationships with artist management.
- Constantly liaising and communicating with artist career specialists for local repertoire.
- Contributing to the global digital marketing team with learnings, developments and experiences.
- Adhering and contributing to the overall US digital marketing strategy.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the music industry.
- Technical understanding of social media platforms, including: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, Tik Tok, etc.
- Basic understanding of digital advertising, including: Facebook Business Manager, TikTok, Google Ads, and knowledge of retargeting and tracking.
- Practical experience with digital music tools, including: smart-linking (e.g Linkfire), analytics (e.g. Chartmetric and Crowdtangle), and charting (Nielson).
- Respectful, honest and confident communication skills, readiness to work within a team and manage others.
- Experience with and expertise in Country music.
- Some experience with and understanding of image and video editing, ideally Adobe Suite programs like Photoshop and Premiere.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
