CREATOR RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
Manage daily relationships with creators, ensuring consistent engagement and alignment with brand objectives. Support the Director of Creator Marketing in identifying new talent, developing a robust pipeline of creators, and expanding the creator roster. Serve as the primary contact for creators, offering guidance and support during campaign execution. Ensure that creators are well-informed and prepared to produce content that aligns with Red Bull's brand values and goals.
CAMPAIGN EXECUTION & SUPPORT
Oversee the implementation of creator-led campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and align with campaign objectives. Collaborate with internal teams (media, marketing, product) to ensure that creator campaigns are seamlessly integrated into the overall marketing strategy. Monitor and analyze the performance of creator campaigns, offering insights and recommendations for improvements in future initiatives. Ensure all campaigns comply with Red Bull's global guidelines and legal standards, working alongside the Director to resolve any issues that may arise.
EVENT COORDINATION & CREATOR HOSTING
Assist in planning and executing events hosted by creators, ensuring their integration into key brand activations and initiatives. Collaborate closely with the Director of Creator Marketing to identify strategic events and activations where creators can be utilized to maximize audience engagement. Provide comprehensive support to creators at events by coordinating logistics and ensuring their participation aligns with the overall brand objectives.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
Collaborate with the CRM and Operations teams to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of creator data and campaign performance. Partner with the Media Insights team to collect relevant data and metrics to guide campaign decisions and evaluate success. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure creator campaigns and activations align with overarching marketing strategies and business goals.
GLOBAL ALIGNMENT & BEST PRACTICES
Ensure that all creator marketing activities align with Red Bull’s global guidelines and standards. Share best practices and insights with global and regional teams, contributing to the continuous improvement of creator marketing strategies. Assist the Director of Creator Marketing in implementing global insights within local markets, ensuring campaigns are both relevant and impactful.

Requirements

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
  • 5+ years of experience in creator marketing, influencer marketing, or talent management, with a focus on campaign management.
  • Possess strong communication and relationship management skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and sustain positive connections with creators.
  • Experienced in managing the execution of creator-led campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and performance monitoring.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and campaign management tools, with the capability to track and report on campaign outcomes effectively.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, adept at handling multiple projects and campaigns concurrently.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.

Benefits & Perks

The base salary range for this position is $85,600 – $128,400 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
