Manager, Creative Operations & Administrative
Description
- Act as operational right hand on video projects, serving as a point of contact with production and overseeing internal communication and quality control of video assets
- Help facilitate drafting, execution, review and archiving of contractual agreements
- Route videos to Business Affairs for clearance issues/approval and communicate issues to production
- Route final videos to internal team
- Liaise with BA, metadata, and production re: any issues prior to routing and upload to avoid delays (e.g. file formats, etc)
- Oversee project elements with out of house vendors, managing post production communications and other requests with commissioners
- Oversee archiving of final video assets (master video file, hard drive of assets, wrap books, location & talent releases)
- Support commissioners in reconciling master budgets, managing invoice payments and vendor setups with the help of the finance team
Requirements
- 2-3 years’ experience in production of videos & short-form content in an agency setting, or in-house
- Strong understanding of the production process
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, often with same-day turnaround times on projects
- Self-starter and highly motivated with a desire to work in a team environment
- Passion for music and knowledge of current top artists a plus
