Manager, Client Marketing
Description
- Creates and maintain working relationships with client marketing teams to stay informed on their campaign plans and requirements.
- Delivers timely and accurate asset information to priority clients, including asset availability and embargo information
- Works with internal groups (publicity, legal, etc.) to get approval for client marketing tactics
- Works closely with sales reps and the internal creative services team to provide sales support materials including sell sheets, pitch decks, and screeners
- Assists in screener related workflows
- Provides support with ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Film, or related field, preferred
- 5+ year experience in marketing; experience in entertainment marketing a plus
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
- Knowledge of digital asset management systems and video/image files and specs
- Familiarity with project tracking and scheduling programs such as Airtable is a plus
- Proven success in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication in professional settings
- Proactive collaborator with staff, administrators, external partners and senior management
- Outgoing, organized, and detail oriented and capable of managing multiple high-profile projects in a fast-paced, fast paced environment
