Overview
The Marketing Manager’s primary responsibility is to respond to client requests for marketing assets and campaign approvals for licensed titles. This role will also support the sales team with marketing materials for their content licensing efforts. Reporting to the VP, Marketing, the ideal candidate likes working semi-autonomously and can meet daily and long-term deadlines.
Responsibilities
  • Creates and maintain working relationships with client marketing teams to stay informed on their campaign plans and requirements.
  • Delivers timely and accurate asset information to priority clients, including asset availability and embargo information
  • Works with internal groups (publicity, legal, etc.) to get approval for client marketing tactics
  • Works closely with sales reps and the internal creative services team to provide sales support materials including sell sheets, pitch decks, and screeners
  • Assists in screener related workflows
  • Provides support with ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Film, or related field, preferred
  • 5+ year experience in marketing; experience in entertainment marketing a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills
  • Knowledge of digital asset management systems and video/image files and specs
  • Familiarity with project tracking and scheduling programs such as Airtable is a plus
Additional qualifications:
  • Proven success in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication in professional settings
  • Proactive collaborator with staff, administrators, external partners and senior management
  • Outgoing, organized, and detail oriented and capable of managing multiple high-profile projects in a fast-paced, fast paced environment

Benefits & Perks

Hiring Salary Range: $85,000.00 - 100,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
