This role primarily works remotely, but does require onsite presence to settle shows.
What This Role Will Do
Liaison between Live Nation and artist representative
Prepare pre settlements as needed
Prepare and execute night of show event settlements
Coordinate, prepare and settle with third party buildings and any co promoters
Preparation of Post-Show Flash Reports per Company standards & deadlines
Show Cash ordering/handling/reconciliation
Communicate & Coordinate with the local office and accounting team on all financial related items as related to settlements/flash reports
Ensure flashes are completed in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures / policies
Various projects as needed

Requirements

What This Person Will Bring
Minimum 3 years related experience
Strong Excel skills
Must be able to read and interpret ticket audits
2+ years of contract review
Solid communication abilities, experience sharing ideas/needs with all levels of venue and artist representatives
Adaptable with work hours, supporting weekends and holidays as needed
COVID-19 vaccination will be required for this position subject to legally valid exemptions.
