THE ROLE:
The Live Nation Women (LNW) Global Program Manager is a key driver of change, equity, and advocacy for women in the entertainment industry. They work closely with the Global Program and Operations Director to implement and run our programs and initiatives with operational excellence. The role requires the ability to plan and prioritize with acute attention to detail with supreme responsiveness and accountability. There will be a high level of day-to-day program implementation so they should also demonstrate initiative and a prevailing regard for deliverables and processes. In this role, the individual will support messaging and promotion of the LNW mission and programs so strong communication skills are required. As a key member of the LNW team, their goal is to support bringing the LNW mission to life.
Live Nation Women Mission:
Live Nation Women centers women in every tour, project, and initiative. The focus of Live Nation Women is the advancement of women within Live Nation, advocacy for women across live music at all stages of their career, and the amplification of female artists and leaders. The division aims to serve as a bridge and accelerator to drive intersectional gender equity in the music industry and the world at large.
Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with Global Programs & Operations Director of LNW to actively develop and execute Live Nation Women initiatives and programs globally.
  • Support program implementation globally including development of program messaging, coordinating activities, and engaging participants
  • Maintain budgets for responsible programs.
  • Support cross-departmental relationships and communications to strengthen internal network and reach of LNW.
  • Collaborate with HR, D&I, and Talent Development teams for program crossover, implementation, and rollout.
  • Support the design and development of surveys and other ways to gather data from a broad range of program participants, analyze results, and help inform strategic program refinement.
  • Engage as support with large LNW partnerships including SoLa Impact/Live Nation Next Gen and large-scale event partnerships (i.e. Billboard Women in Music + Pollstar Women of Live).
  • Operations support on LNW Global Female Promoter Summit.
  • Act as a point of contact and internal resource for other Live Nation divisions and the D&I team.
  • Partner with LNW Touring to activate meaningful campaigns and/or integrations between LNW equity programs and LNW tours.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience building and running employee or community programs.
  • Experience implementing strategies and executing large-scale projects and programs with a diversity and inclusion lens.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Understands workplace and industry trends as they relate to gender identity, barriers women face, and how intersectional identities compound these barriers.
  • Organized and strong communicator (written and verbal) with effective presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to develop program/project pitch decks and deliver to stakeholders and leaders across the organization and industry.
  • Strong client service skills and ability to execute in a fast-paced environment with high level of responsiveness.
  • Must be a strong team player with an ability to work closely with others successfully as part of a highly decentralized organization.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with a diverse group of people both internal and external to the organization.
  • Excellence in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
