Junior Project Manager
Description
- Assist in the day-to-day management of digital display, OOH, social and activation tactics, delegating tasks and reporting on the progress of the team
- Manage small scale projects from inception to completion, planning and executing clear strategies, timelines and budgets
- Manage conversations with Performance Marketing leads re: workflow, approvals/reviews, process, resource and project issues, optimizing processes, systems and tools when needed
- Assist in driving in the QA process across all deliverables
- Work with Project Managers and Ops Lead in creating project plans, monitor progress and enforce milestones
- Schedule and recap daily standups, kick-off meetings, and reviews along with real-time updates.
- Exposure to working in creative disciplines with knowledge of digital/social creative and production processes.
- Ability to quickly and effectively adapt to change and move at the “speed of culture”.
- Possess high degrees of initiative, drive, energy, accountability, creativity and maturity.
- Incorporate the passion, excitement and experience of one’s MINOR in relevant ways that inform the quality and output of agencies deliverables.
- People/soft skills to keep staff focused during peak moments
Requirements
- 1-2 years of agency or allied communications industry experience that ensures your understanding of advertising, marketing, media, creative services or brand operations. Video and/or photo shoot production a PLUS
- Possess excellent time management, organization and prioritization skills.
- Possess and deliver excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to present thoughts clearly, accurately, and succinctly.
- Monday.com or other project management software experience
- Financial tracking or exposure to financial reporting
- Director/Executive administrative experience
