The International Touring Assistant will report to the Senior Vice-President of Touring International, working with the International Touring team to coordinate touring throughout the UK and Europe.
The role is primarily assisting the SVP of Touring International and supporting with the more administrative element of promoting shows and tours.
We are looking for a hard-working, highly organised, vibrant, music loving individual to assist on all aspects of this incredibly busy, exciting and often fast-moving business.
What the role includes
  • Sourcing availabilities with venues and routing tours
  • Managing holds, challenging dates, keeping records of what is held
  • Processing artist contracts
  • Confirming shows with stakeholders, sending and updating tour itineraries using ROME systems
  • Working closely with other team members/administrators to ensure artist/venue contracts and work permits are processed in timely manner
  • Dealing with incoming queries from internal departments (Accounts, Ticketing, Marketing etc.) and external contacts (agents, venues, other promoters etc.)
  • Updating reps with correct info
  • Collating and sending guest lists
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Booking travel arrangements, diary coordination and processing expenses for the SVP of Touring International

Requirements

  • Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
  • Effective communicator
  • Ability to work spreadsheets and databases – good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong level of numeracy and good Excel skills
  • Strong administration skills
  • Knowledge of venue/general touring industry and a keen interest in music/concerts would be advantageous
