Senior Executive Level position Full-time, ongoing role Location Negotiable, Australia Wide
This role will see you lead the development, performance, and music strategy for triple j, Double J, triple j Unearthed, ABC Country, ABC Classic and ABC Jazz.

Reporting to the Head Audio Content, this role will see you lead and manage music strategy across triple j, Double J, triple j Unearthed, ABC Country, ABC Classic and ABC Jazz to ensure teams are meeting audience needs on the platforms where they live as well as on ABC platforms.
You'll lead initiatives to identify and develop best practice production methodologies across Music and champion a mindset of continuous improvement and audience impact and ensure strategies are aligned to relevant ABC strategies.
You'll provide leadership and direction to Music teams to ensure an inclusive, creative, capable and motivated team share an understanding and commitment to ABC Content objectives.

Requirements

You'll provide leadership and direction to Music teams to ensure an inclusive, creative, capable and motivated team share an understanding and commitment to ABC Content objectives.
You're an outstanding leader with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management, including extensive experience developing, managing, and maintaining key stakeholder relationships.
You love music! You have an in-depth knowledge of the audio, entertainment and media industry coupled with a strong music background, including a high-level understanding of the Australian music scene and modern copyright and intellectual property issues.
You possess high-Level analytical and problem-solving skills, exemplifying professionalism, energy, and drive to deliver innovative solutions that make a difference.
