Requirements
- Proven track record in festival, music, or creative industry marketing.
- Based in (or well-connected to) Berlin, Amsterdam, Miami, Ibiza, Tulum or other electronic music hubs.
- Experience running digital growth or paid campaigns for SaaS, creator platforms, or music startups.
- Strong understanding of electronic music culture (clubs, festivals, promoters, labels).
- Understands community growth through content and user activation
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Fluent in Spanish; German or Dutch is a plus.
- Regularly uses AI tools for creative ideation, automation, or ad/content generation.
- Understands how to integrate AI into marketing operations (copy generation, creative testing, lead automation, etc.).
