Location: On-Site, New York City
Hours: 10- 20 hours a week
Week: 10 Weeks
Pay Range: $20/hour

Summary of Position: This role will provide on-site administrative support to the NYC based Finance and Operations Team here at Firebird, in addition to our partners at Mick Management. This unique opportunity provides the right candidate with experience and insight into the day to day of a music business, in addition to hands-on learning through onboarding vendors, processing travel & entertainment expenses, fielding Shared Services inquiries and ad hoc requests and much more.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Shared Services Finance team with onboarding vendors
  • Assisting with processing Travel & Entertainment Expenses
  • Field Shared Services inquiries and requests
  • Assist with the brainstorming and implementation of fun work culture related team activities
  • Maintain office & kitchen supplies supply management & inventory
  • Assist various teams with calls / meetings scheduling
  • Coordinate conference room bookings
  • Assisting with ad hoc in office general tasks and duties
Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration, music business or related field
  • Process oriented and highly organized
  • Have exceptional time management skills
  • Value collaboration, yet have the confidence to recommend and own new ideas
  • Flexible and adaptable to a fast paced work environment with the ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Must love music!

Requirements

  • Must be located in NYC
  • Must be able to work on-site at least 10 - 20 hours per week
  • Must currently be enrolled in an undergrad program
  • Must have a personal laptop/computer, unless otherwise specified
