  • Disruptive Customer Support Strategy

  • Help Customers or Users by providing profound technical Advice, creating System Designs and assisting during Initial Setup when demanded
  • Create and execute Training Programs to lift the Level of Awareness and Know-How in the Region
  • Conduct Product Demonstrations as well as Alpha & Beta Tests with Clients
  • SMART/DANTE/RIGGING/LAKE/ECLIPSE Certification is an advantage
  • Solid Relationships with key System Integrators, Resellers and PA companies in the Region

Requirements

This role is ideally suited to a previous touring engineer who has experience in system set up and design.
