The Role
Seeing your favorite artist live on stage is one of the rare moments in life that stays with you forever. Each performance is linked in memory. Only one thing stands in your way - tickets to the show. Seated, a Sofar Artist Service, is the future of ticketing. We provide an effortless experience that does the work for you, allowing exclusive presale access so you never miss a show. From the Monday announcement to the Friday release, we connect the True Fans with the artists they love. An Artist installs a single line of code from Seated to publish tour dates on their website. Fans can then sign up to gain exclusive presale access or receive a notification as soon as new events are announced. Seated takes a backseat so the artist can take center stage. Enjoy the show.
The Fan Experience Coordinator's job at Seated is above all to delight music fans. As you develop a comprehensive understanding of the products and services Seated offers artists and music fans, you will be responsible for answering questions, relieving concerns and creatively solving problems for fans all over the world.
We will be accepting applications for this position through July 26th.
What you'll do:
  • Provide empathetic customer support to fans through email, text message and by phone
  • Work with concert promoters to ensure music fans have the best possible experience at the show
  • Be responsible for making sure tickets are fulfilled on time and making sure fans are able to get through the door
  • Assist the Fan Experience Specialists with complex tasks and rotation needs as necessary

Requirements

Who you are:
  • Experienced in customer service, client service, ticketing operations or related roles
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, subject to rapid change and uncertainty
  • Able to solve problems and develop unique solutions
  • A team player, ready to collaborate with the Ticketing Operations and Account Management teams
  • Ready to master Seated’s system and software
  • Experienced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Experienced with helpdesk software (Zendesk is a plus)
  • Passionate about live music
