Executive Assistant to Head of Marketing
Description
- Day to day asst duties including organization managing calendar, email, travel, expenses.
- Manage release schedule, playlists, marketing resources.
- Organize/support marketing campaigns, assets, mailouts.
- Build decks & reports, research, analysis.
- Managing marketing interns.
- Assist/coordinate campaigns and events.
- Research.
Requirements
- Broad knowledge and passion of music.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Time management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-starter, problem-solver, multi-tasker in fast-paced ever-changing environment.
- Up to date with music, pop culture, technology, marketing trends.
- Strong proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Google Docs/Spreadsheets and Dropbox.
- Digital media landscape and trends including social media, DSP’s and AI.
- Basic graphic design (mailchimp/photoshop a plus)
- A minimum of 3+ years as assistant in the entertainment industry preferred.
- Previous experience as executive assistant to manager or agent experience preferred.
- BA/BS degree preferred.
