Executive Assistant, Concert Touring
Description
- Support the Agent by maintaining calendars (Outlook), rescheduling appointments as necessary to accommodate changing priorities, and providing timely reminders for item due dates
- Handle travel planning including airline reservations, hotel accommodations, car rental reservations, and car service arrangements as needed
- Identify ways to enhance productivity and organizational effectiveness, propose and help drive execution of solutions
- Perform various executive and administrative support duties that are highly sensitive and confidential
- Receive and screen visitors and incoming calls, determining the priority of matters, and providing alert messages to the Agent with all information necessary to accurately execute meetings
- Establish and maintain effective communication with other Agents and team members
- Manage last minute tasks and changes with little to no direction
- Handles all duties with grace, sophistication and professionalism
- Ability to learn new tasks quickly and efficiently, and to anticipate needs
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills: impeccable ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail: resourceful, proactive, reliable, trustworthy, and assertive
- Impeccable follow-through: the ability to initiate projects, develop timelines, and meet deadlines
- Ability to identify problems, and brainstorm and implement solutions
- Desire to collaborate and work well in a team environment
- Ability to maintain discretion and a high level of confidentiality
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-2 years of professional experience
- Prior agency and/or management experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
