Executive Assistant, Amazon Music
Description
- Thoughtfully manage complex calendars and scheduling for teams in multiple locations and time zones
- Manage domestic and international travel
- Manage expense report coordination and submission
- Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
- Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all hands, fireside chats, off-sites, and other team events)
- Have fun at work and help others do the same!
- Partner closely with the Director and leadership team, key business partners, and other Executive Assistants to provide holistic support to the organization
- Document writing, editing, and readiness
Requirements
- 3+ years of administrative experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior level management
- Experience managing multiple complex calendars
- Experience coordinating domestic and/or international travel, meetings, events, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
- Project management experience
