Diversity and Inclusion Intern
Description
- Research the latest developments in Diversity and Inclusion providing thoughts and ideas on how we can make an impact.
- Work with HR team to collate and analyse diversity data trends helping us make our programmes and ways of working more effective.
- Work with employee resource groups to create and maintain a communications calendar.
- Help plan and deliver events for employees and external stakeholders
- Help create content for our internal and external communications channels that inspire and engage our audiences.
- Diary management for VP, HR and Director, D&I and Social Impact
- Providing adhoc project support to the HR Generalist and L&D team as required.
- Liaise with global D&I teams to share best practice and feed local initiatives into global framework
- Labels: get to know the needs of each label and their HR partner and how best to support their D&I needs
- Learning: Help to ensure D&I considerations built into learning programmes
- Engagement: Be a point of contact for employees and external enquiries
Requirements
- Excellent communications skills
- Strong interest in Diversity and Inclusion and HR
- Good organisational skills
- Experience working with Graphic Design and moving image
- Experience with InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Administrative and events experience would be beneficial
