Description

We're seeking a full-time, tried and true Talent Buyer/Programming Director for our fantastic Boston location, located in the center of DownTown. Our Talent Buyer/Music Programmers must be experienced music industry leaders ready to maintain our full and eclectic programming calendar for our 280 seat venue and the Haymarket Lounge, our 75 seat venue.

Requirements

Must also be collaborative and detail oriented who can continue to cultivate positive interactions between our venue and artist agency and management. A hospitable individual who works well with others and exceeds expectations when meeting artists’ needs prior to and upon their arrival and bridges the gap between them and our operations team. A strong collaborator with operations to ensure efficiency and follow through on all elements of the run of show to meet the artist's and guest's needs. Manage all financials as they relate to Artist interactions.
