Native Instruments team

Description

Who We Are
For over 25 years, Native Instruments has been at the forefront of sonic innovation. Guided by our mission to inspire and enable creators to express themselves, we develop integrated audio hardware and software solutions for musicians, producers, engineers, and DJs of all genres and levels of experience.
We are seeking an experienced Director of Product (all genders) to lead the team responsible for our industry-leading digital instrument platforms: Kontakt, Reaktor, Massive, and Battery, as well as our Komplete subscriptions, and our software distribution tool Native Access.
The successful candidate will lead a team whose charter is to grow active usage and engagement by streamlining user experiences, driving adoption, and developing new features that give creators superpowers. You'd also be accountable for driving the success of our 3rd party instrument builder community; making Kontakt the best platform for external developers to build and distribute innovative new instruments.
In this strategic role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring the delivery of world-class music production and performance solutions.
What You'll Do
  • Develop and articulate the product management vision and strategy, aligning it with the overall company goals and market trends.
  • Lead and inspire a team of product managers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Provide mentorship and guidance to drive professional growth and excellence within the team.
  • Drive the development of a comprehensive and actionable product roadmap, prioritising features and enhancements based on customer insights, market analysis, and business objectives.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and guide the development of future product offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment throughout the product development process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, 3rd party instrument developers, partners, and industry influencers, to gather feedback, validate product direction, and drive customer-centric innovation.
  • Lead successful product launches, working closely with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, pricing, and promotional activities.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product launches and ongoing product performance. Utilize data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and inform future product decisions.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and manage the product management budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to drive product innovation and growth.
