Our Team
CapCut team's mission is to inspire video creation by providing users with a wide range of video editing functions and easy-to-use video templates. We aim to build the best and most localized editing experience, to help users catch up with the trend and express themselves.
Responsibilities:
Study the content trends and user habits of 30+ videos in the US, and explore the content and topics that can be templated
Onboard high-quality video creators according to CapCut needs and assist in building & managing large-scale template supply processes
Responsible for the daily maintenance, education, and interviews of creators; improving the quality of their videos

Requirements

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Familiar with digital content eco-system/platforms and data analytics
Strong communication skills and content sensitivity
Good at project management, with strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation
Fluency in English, both verbal and written
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from any major
3+ years of working experience in the content & creator industry,
Familiar with video editing and have an aesthetic sense on video creation
Able to proactively discover and solve problem
Experience working in an online collaboration environment

Job Information:
【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $80000 - $140000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
