Creative A&R Intern - Summer 2022
Description
- Researching unsigned writers, bands, and producers
- Researching songwriter information including affiliations, contact info and potential cases that may be available
- Assisting with weekly research reports focused on current charts, trends etc. including but not limited to sourcing through Shazam and Spotify data
- Building databases for Research A&R
- Collecting data from industry site Nielsen Connect
Requirements
- Comfortable and skilled in both written and verbal communication
- Someone who has an interest and basic understanding of Music Publishing
- Knowledgeable of the domestic and international artists
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, and experienced in collecting, organizing, and manipulating large pools of data
- Confident carrying out projects from start to finish and providing valuable results
- Self-starter and diligent follow-up with supervisor
- Coding experience is a plus!
