Coordinator Digital Content
Description
- Categorize high-volume digital and social content to generate actionable insights and meaningful benchmarks
- Participate in the brainstorming process for organic and branded content
- Conduct content audits and report the findings, playing a crucial role in the ongoing development of our content strategy and social media growth
- Partner directly with our in-house Analytics and Intelligence teams to develop best practice processes and reporting
- Assist in creating content for vertical platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Requirements
- 1-3 years in a social media, content strategy, or data analysis role or function, ideally in a media or high-volume content organization
- Social analytics tools (like Sprout) experience is preferred
- Data visualization experience is preferred. Tableau experience considered an asset.
- Data is a part of the way you think - you're not afraid to jump head-first into large datasets and help make sense of what you find.
- Solutions-oriented and willing to collaborate with stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcome
- You consider yourself a "process person" - doing the work can be as important as figuring out how to keep doing it optimally and making sure the machine is running smoothly
