Coordinator, Creative Licensing Assets
Description
- Collect and deliver final mastered audio, stems, instrumentals, clean versions, lyrics, credits, and metadata for all sync pitches and client requests across film, television, trailers, promos, and short-form content.
- Tag all music assets with creative and technical metadata to support supervisor usability and pitching efforts.
- Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date asset library across multiple platforms (Box, DISCO, internal Drives) for the sync team.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing leads to gather assets for weekly sync servicing e-blasts, coordinating with team leads and label stakeholders.
- Liaise with artist teams, A&R, product managers, and marketers to obtain pre-release materials and ensure timely servicing of upcoming releases.
- Track and fulfill incoming music and asset requests from music supervisors, studios, trailer houses, and internal stakeholders.
- Update and manage shared tools, including curated pitch playlists and artist folders.
- Support music search efforts, playlist pulls, and special sync initiatives across label rosters.
- Stay aware of music supervision trends and opportunities in the sync space.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in music, sync, creative marketing, or entertainment admin (internships included).
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and accountable; you thrive on bringing order to fast-moving projects.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with music file types (WAV, MP3, stems) and asset platforms (DISCO, Box, Dropbox, Google Drive).
- Comfortable working in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; Canva or Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
- Passion for music and a strong interest in sync licensing, storytelling, and pop culture.
- Ability to juggle competing deadlines, manage priorities, and work both independently and collaboratively.
- General understanding of the sync licensing process and/or music marketing landscape preferred.
