Coordinator, Client Impact

Position Summary
This role supports the Client Impact team, with a focus on helping WME clients activate around social causes they care about. The individual who fills this role will be staffed on specific client projects alongside the Sr Manager of Client Impact, and will play a role coordinating efforts, processes and projects across the entire team, including Government Relations.
Key Responsibilities
Impact Client Consulting
- Work with the Client Impact team to:
- Research and refine primary cause issue areas for clients and organizations
- Research, vet and recommend non-profits for client engagement
- Support impact-driven activations and campaigns
- Develop standard materials related to client consulting practice
- Create and keep databases containing all information for clients and partners updated
- Support implementing impact-related client programs (digital, event-based, content-related, on-set etc.)
- Client Related communications and Reporting:
- Draft client-related social media posts for @endeavorimpact
- Provide weekly client engagement reports for stakeholders
- Develop lists for potential client engagements based on issue area
- Act as main point of contact for client impact for music department
- Develop relationships with WME Music agents and department leadership
- Track best in class strategies for impact in the music industry
- Develop expertise in supporting music clients to have an impact while touring
- Provide weekly client engagement reports for stakeholders
- Manage WME charitable event support, including tables and advertisements
Cross-Functional Team Support
- Liaise between Government Relations and Client Impact team, including:
- Suggesting clients for political engagements and campaigns
- Managing activation needs
- Keeping team updated on relevant client work happening between each team
- Support social media page for @EndeavorImpact on Instagram

Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Desire to interact and connect with employees across the business for communications, activations, and info gathering (ex. Comms, WME, etc).
- 1-3 years of previous experience in entertainment (music preferred), social impact, marketing, and/or non-profit experience is required.
- Ability to work across industries/sectors, preference for knowledge of brands, non-profits, political and government entities, or corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives is highly desirable.
- Strong research capabilities and a knack for gathering relevant data and insights.
- A keen pulse on current cultural trends and an understanding of diverse consumer demographics.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
- Prior experience with CRM system management a plus.
