Coordinator
Description
- Coordinates all necessary details for Latin events; including logistics, communication, arranging meetings, writing simple copy, securing photography & media needs, travel correspondence, expense reports, supplies and paying invoices.
- Tracks data and provides necessary reporting as needed including; reports for affiliate royalty income, award nominee information, RSVPs, award show data base and records, box office grosses and project reports.
- Conducts weekly research, analysis, data entry and maintenance of Billboard and monitors Latino charts to identify BMI market shares for Latin songs in the genres of Latin, Pop, Regional Mexican, Tropical and Latin Urban.
- Supports administrative tasks such as; ordering supplies, managing correspondence, assisting with errands, meeting with walk-in visitors, answering & researching affiliate requests, managing subscriptions and memberships to publications and/or associations, proofing/translating documents and coordinating the department calendar.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
- Regular attendance.

Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience working with PhotoShop.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Experience working with and maintaining database systems and reports, as well as word processing and spreadsheets.
- Highest level of confidentiality.
- Able to establish a constructive and informative relationship with employees, management, and vendors.
- Ability to interact professionally with a divers employee population, and with all levels of staff and management.
- Able to work independently and with good judgment.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments to meet deadlines.
- Strong typing and proofreading skills.
