Role Overview:
Reporting to the Chief of Staff and working in partnership with the Programming team, this position has a strong focus on contracts and payments for the Summer for the City festival at Lincoln Center. The coordinator’s primary responsibility is to facilitate completion of contracts and process artist and vendor payments for the duration of the festival.
What you’ll get to do here:
  • Work closely with and assist Line Producers as needed throughout the contracting process.
  • Process completed contracts for signature through DocuSign.
  • Assist line producers with collection of tax documents and artist payment information.
  • Create and maintain electronic files for contracts, tax documents, and payment information in department Sharepoint.
  • Process weekly payments for artists and vendors based on contract terms and performance dates through NetSuite and in collaboration with the Accounts Payable and Purchasing teams.
  • Assist company managers and line producers with expense tracking and reconciliation.
  • Process monthly credit card reconciliations through NetSuite.
  • Maintain payment records and status in Monday.com.

Requirements

Qualifications:
  • 1- 3 years of coordinator experience in finance or production.
  • Strong work ethic and tireless communication; excelling at keeping everyone in the loop.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, results driven department/organization.
  • Excellent computer and organizational skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to self-direct.
  • A passion for the performing arts.
  • Sense of humor!
  • Familiarity with Monday.com and NetSuite a plus
