Contracts & Payments Coordinator
Description
- Work closely with and assist Line Producers as needed throughout the contracting process.
- Process completed contracts for signature through DocuSign.
- Assist line producers with collection of tax documents and artist payment information.
- Create and maintain electronic files for contracts, tax documents, and payment information in department Sharepoint.
- Process weekly payments for artists and vendors based on contract terms and performance dates through NetSuite and in collaboration with the Accounts Payable and Purchasing teams.
- Assist company managers and line producers with expense tracking and reconciliation.
- Process monthly credit card reconciliations through NetSuite.
- Maintain payment records and status in Monday.com.
Requirements
- 1- 3 years of coordinator experience in finance or production.
- Strong work ethic and tireless communication; excelling at keeping everyone in the loop.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, results driven department/organization.
- Excellent computer and organizational skills, including Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to self-direct.
- A passion for the performing arts.
- Sense of humor!
- Familiarity with Monday.com and NetSuite a plus
