**HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME **
  • Leading the day-to-day running of your channels, including publishing content and thumbnail creation, titling, tagging and captioning content and community management. Editing will also be required.
  • Supporting the Partnerships Manager to achieve strategic goals such as viewership or revenue growth.
  • Contributing to the day-to-day client relationship, by being a client-facing presence at times, and providing feedback, sharing expertise, and contributing ideas to the wider team.
  • Assisting the delivery of monthly and quarterly reports and helping to ensure learnings and insights are acted upon.
  • Focussing on revenue generation through content, ensuring that the clients' channels are maximising the opportunity to generate revenue through monetisation tools available

Requirements

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED **
Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything.
  • Knowledge of video and image editing platforms and workflows: Adobe Premiere and Photoshop.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms: especially YouTube and Facebook, with Instagram, TikTok and Twitter a bonus, including scheduling and optimisation.
  • Editorial planning: You will have strong editorial skills to ensure content plans are creative and work alongside the overall strategy.
  • Excellent copywriting skills, honed for social media platforms
  • Creativity and ideation: You will come up with creative ideas and suggestions and be confident in sharing those ideas with clients and colleagues.
  • A passion for football is a mandatory quality for this role.
  • Analytical: You will want to know why content performs well or badly, and be able to quickly learn to navigate social analytics tools to find this out. You will be able to use these learnings to inform ongoing strategy and content ideas.
  • Attention to detail: particularly regarding accurate implementation of brand guidelines, spelling and grammar.
