- Give gear advice on musical instrument and consumer audio products
- Educate customers on several categories of gear, which include a wide variety of topics such as band and orchestra instruments, speakers, computers, lights, accessories and more
- Follow up on orders to provide outstanding customer service through a variety of different communication methods
Requirements
- Self-motivated and empathetic folks with strong people skills
- Great verbal and written communication chops and strong typing skills
- Previous experience in music industry sales, or previous experience and hands on training in a recording studio or a live music venue
- Gear Heads: Those who love talking about the latest technology with others who share their passion
