Description
- Increasing brand value by planning and implementing internal and external brand building measures
- Creating innovative strategies and creative brand building concepts (content, events, media)
- Enabling consistent brand identity throughout Europe, mirroring global guidelines, and creating new standards
- Sustainably strengthening brand communication of the Yamaha brand promise, reflecting diversity in music and supporting emerging artist communities
- Creating new brand touchpoints and seeking out credible third-party advocacy opportunities
- Pitching and negotiating international partnerships. Defining, and expanding our partnerships approach by identifying and evaluating business opportunities
- Ability to identify where consumers live digitally, how they consume content, and how to engage with them according to their consumption behavior
- Elevating Yamaha’s diversity and inclusion endeavours
- Supporting Brand Social Media Strategy
- Empowering merchandising initiatives
- Creating tools and trainings to promote Yamaha’s core brand values
- Acts with an entrepreneurial spirit, ensuring Yamaha considers all relevant opportunities to strengthen the brand
- Supports global brand development
- Day-to-Day marketing coordination in the fields of content production, communication, event activation, budget controlling and topics around the projects overseen by the Head of Brand Europe
- Demonstrates cost efficiency and excellent budget coordination skills
- Helps establishing Yamaha as the preferred and most trusted MI/Audio brand, recognized for innovation and creativity within the world of music
Requirements
- University degree in general marketing, business, media
- English full professional proficiency; second language beneficial
- A creative mind with a track record of creating new ideas, putting them into practice and assessing results
- Experience in campaign management and working with agencies
- Knowledge of the intricacies of brand marketing (visual identity, tone of voice, consistency etc.)
- Background on dealing with partnerships and merchandising
- A history of working with contracts, artist, and content creation
- Strong planning and coordination skills, highly organised
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Understanding of the music landscape – interested and open for upcoming new music scenes and artists
- Ability to focus and follow through on priorities and deliver quality results
- Comfortable handling own operational workload but also work under pressure to achieve tight deadlines
- Music enthusiast and connected within the music industry universe beneficial
- Affinity to the Yamaha brand
